Personally most of the time I like to take the products and create a new version. This way 90% of the work is already done.

For example the 5 adsense sites, I will change the graphics and maybe add a couple of articles. Then you have a brand new site you can flip for a nice profit. Takes about 30 minutes. Get a new domain and you have a great site to keep or sell. and they do sell.

Same way with the plr such as the golf book. That is a great niche and easy to make a site out of that will sell.

And you really don’t have to know much about the subject. Another example, I just sold a tattoo site without ever getting a tattoo myself or even desiring to get one. It sold for $200 and took about an hour to make.
